"History in a Trunk" Show
So, your scholars can't come to the Schoolhouse...We'll bring history to you!
Our
resident teacher will come to your classroom to present hands on
activities to the students. Our Schoolmarm will enter the class as if she is a
visitor to this time from 1889. She brings with her artifacts, tools
and materials that would have been used for home life in 1889. Bring life to your historic studies when you bring "History in a Trunk" to engage your students in conversation about the differences between the past and the present. With the help of our Resident Teacher, your students will receive hands-on lessons about the struggles and successes that our ancestors experienced over 120 years ago. The presentation lasts one hour and cost is $1 per
student. The Priority Academic Student
Skills (PASS) is completely included in our presentation.
