Farm Life: A Century of Change for Farm Families and their Neighbors

In the United States, most people are at least two generations removed from farming. Through artifacts, pho­tographs, graphic text panels, and interactives, audiences will learn about the social, economic, and cultural framework of farms and their sur­rounding communities. Farm Life encourages visitors to make connections to their own families and communities while learning about what it means for a family to live and work on the land.

Join us for "FARM FEST" on Saturday March 3, 2012 in Stephenson Park A fun and educational event sponsored by the Edmond Historical Society & Museum in conjunction with the "Farm Life" exhibit. Petting Zoo, Horticultural Project, Edmond Farmer's Market Vendors, Children's Learning Center and the traveling exhibit "Farm Life," in our Main Gallery.
