Contest judging will be held inside the historic 1889 Territorial Schoolhouse Saturday, December 5th from 2:00-3:30pm.

I understand that to be eligible for the competition I must submit this Entry Form or call the Edmond Historical Society & Museum with Entry Form information (431 S. Boulevard) before 5:00 pm on November 27th, 2009 to register. I also understand I must also deliver my completed “house” with my name labeled underneath the base of my entry, to the Edmond Historical Society & Museum between the dates of Monday, November 30, 2009 through Friday, December 4, 2009. I understand that my “house” must be made primarily of edible products. Permission is hereby granted to the Edmond Historical Society & Museum to print or otherwise duplicate the picture or likeness of my Gingerbread House Competition entry, for either internal or external release; this includes print, online publications and television. I understand that the image of my Gingerbread House Competition entry becomes the property of the Edmond Historical Society & Museum.
Edmond Historical Society & Museum cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred by my entry. Entries are to remain on display till December 7, 2009.
