Substitute Schoolmarm Wanted
Have you ever been driving down 2nd Street and seen the 1889 Territorial Schoolhouse? Want to be a teacher and an actress? We have the job for you! The Edmond Historical Society & Museum is in need of a substitute schoolmarm for the 1889 Territorial Schoolhouse Field Trips. During this day students dress, learn, pretend and play like as through they’ve gone back in time to early Edmond, OK. We are looking for an on call/part time schoolmarm to fill the historic schoolhouse’s walls with laughter and learning. This position requires a teaching certificate or history degree required.
