Fall Break Camp: Lights, Camera, History!
Looking for something fun and educational for Fall Break? Join us for a special Lights, Camera, History! Fall Break Camp and explore the fascinating world of movies and animation!
On October 15, campers will step back in time to discover the history of movies and Edmond’s connection to the silver screen. Through hands-on activities and engaging experiences, campers will learn how movies have changed over time and uncover some of the stories that connect Edmond to movie history. A snack will be provided, but campers will need to bring a packed lunch. A snack is included, but if your child has severe food allergies, you may want to send a snack from home.
On October 16, campers will explore the science behind movies and animation with an exciting program presented by Mad Science!
Camp Details
October 15: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. — History of Movies & Edmond’s Movie Connection
October 16: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. — The Science of Movies & Animation with Mad Science
Cost: $50 per day
Families may register for one or both days.
Important: A minimum of 6 campers must be registered for October 16 for the Mad Science program to take place. If the minimum is not met, the October 16 camp day will be canceled and registered families will be notified.
